Admission Process in Amity
Grade XI
Students seeking admission in Class Xl must have a SEE GPA score of at least 2.4 with a minimum grade of C in all the subjects, or a high second division marks in SLC or equivalent examination.
- The applicants must pass in the written entrance test in English.
- Students seeking admission in Amity must be decent in their outfit, hairstyle and conduct.
- The final decision for granting admission to students lies with the School Admission Committee.
- Once a student is qualified for admission, he/she must come with parents or proper guardians with the following documents for admission.
- Duly filled up school admission application form.
- A copy of Class X pass certificate recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- A copy of character certificate issued by the previous school.
- A copy each of migration and equivalence certificates along with their original ones.
(This applies to those students who have passed class X from boards other than SEE.) - 4 p.p size and 2 auto size photographs
BBS I
To be eligible to apply for admission in BBS l, an applicant must have:
- 10+2 degree in any discipline with a minimum of second division marks.
- Students seeking admission in Amity must be decent in their outfit, hairstyle and conduct.
- The final decision for granting admission to students lies with the college admission committee.
- Once a student is qualified for admission, he/she must come with parents or proper guardians with the following documents for admission.
- Duly filled up school admission application form.
- A copy of class XII Transcript, Provisional & Migration certificates.
- A copy of class XII character certificate issued by the previous school.
- Equivalence certificate. (This applies to those students who have passed class XII
- from boards other than NEB).
- A copy of class X pass certificate and character certificate.
- 4 p.p size and 2 auto size photographs
Class XII, BBS II & BBS III
The college has no provision to admit new students in class XII, BBS II and BBS Ill.
However, for genuine cases, the college admission committee has the discretion to admit under the following conditions:
- The student qualifies in the college admission criteria.
- The student produces a no objection certificate and a character certificate from his/ her previous school or college.
